Wonderful Stay!

The apartment was VERY clean, and it included everything needed for a comfortable stay. The pools are big and well kept, able to accommodate many people without feeling crowded. The grounds are well kept, with lots of greenery.
The kitchen had very few items, like a cloth to dry hands, and the cutlery was limited, though this wasn't a BIG issue.

The room had everything necessary for an enjoyable visit. It not sketchy at all within the complex. The apartment had easy access to the different amenities. The rooms were also comfortable!

The facilities are excellent. They offer great convenience . The complex is close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. This proximity means that taxis are not needed.

The staff are friendly and helpful. They provide quick assistance with any inquiries. The lifeguard was friendly too. The reception staff always help guests, and are very kind.

The location was GREAT, a short walk leads to the beach. Lidl is nearby, a beneficial feature. the aqua park is very close, allowing quick and easy access.

i had a code for the front gate. the receptionist was available when i arrived to give us keys and check us in. we unintentionally left a personal item and they emailed us about it. they also left a wee kitchen pack, with washing up sponge, kitchen cloth and some washing up liquid (so thoughtful!).
the pool loungers required payment.

The apartment was large enough for what I needed.
The mattress was like sleeping on a medieval torture device. Seriously, I could feel every spring. Plus, the lifeguard acted like I was bothering him just by existing near the pool. A real GEM.

leisure facilitymissing tdt channelsshort supply
the pools were clean. i liked the leisure facilities like mini golf.
The tv situation was a mess. many channels were in german and english. there were almost no spanish channels and many tdt channels were missing. also, the kitchen was short on supplies. There wasn't even a hand towel.
